1. Program Description
The DriveLife Resolution SMS program delivers educational content related to auto insurance topics, including informational guides, checklists, and content updates covering driver life changes. DriveLife Resolution is an informational publisher and is not an insurance company, insurance agent, or insurance broker. The SMS program does not sell, quote, or solicit insurance.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by completing the form on our Subscribe page, providing your mobile number, and checking the applicable SMS consent box. Each SMS consent category (Account Notifications and Educational Updates) requires its own separate opt-in. Consent is not a condition of receiving the Life-Change Coverage Manual or accessing any content on this website.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Educational Updates are typically sent up to 6 messages per month. Account Notifications are sent only when triggered by an action you have taken, such as requesting a guide.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
6. Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or reach us through the form on our Contact page.
7. Supported Carriers
The SMS program is generally available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and Cricket. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy and Use of Mobile Information
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, and consent records are collected solely to operate the SMS program. Mobile information will never be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party for promotional or marketing purposes. This restriction expressly includes insurance carriers, insurance agents, insurance brokers, lead aggregators, marketing affiliates, and data resellers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. First Message Disclosure
The first SMS you receive after opting in will identify DriveLife Resolution, describe the message program, state the typical message frequency, include "Msg & data rates may apply," confirm that you can reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help, and confirm that DriveLife Resolution is not an insurance company or agent.
10. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide in order to enroll in the SMS program.
11. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may revise these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
12. Disclaimer
SMS content is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute insurance advice, a recommendation, a quote, or an offer of coverage.
